Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción
Begun in 1967, Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción (Puerto Rican Tenants in Action) is a community development corporation whose mission is to guarantee residents of the Villa Victoria community long term control over their housing by offering programs in community organizing and development, human services, and art and culture. ETC Development Corporation, IBA's for profit affiliate, develops new affordable housing in Boston's neighborhoods.
